During this workshop, I'll introduce you to brainstorming techniques and demonstrate using Canva to create templates.

Together, we'll brainstorm modules and lesson titles for your courses. I'll then organize these titles into a cohesive structure and welcome your feedback.

We'll also explore the importance of welcome and "what's next" modules in course structure. Additionally, I'll offer you additional options and products/services to enhance the value and engagement of your courses. You'll want to create a warm and supportive environment throughout the course. I highly recommend using Canva for your course materials and presentations. In our next session, we'll cover additional course elements and discuss effective marketing strategies.
 

Day #2 of our workshop covered various aspects of course creation and management, including:

1. Course Structure and Content: Breaking down the course into modules and designing a welcome module.

2. Module Organization: Structuring the course with three main modules, with the option to add a fourth module if needed.

3. Engagement Strategies: Implementing a "what's next" module to retain participant attention and engagement.

4. Additional Offerings: Exploring additional offerings such as private consultations, mastery classes, and weekly Q&A sessions.

5. Pricing and Discounts: Offering special prices or discounts to attract participants and increase enrollment.

6. Content Focus: Keeping the course concise and focused on delivering quick wins and tangible results.

7. Content Formats: Incorporating videos and audio materials to enhance the learning experience.
